This position plays a key role in supporting production by safely moving shooting ranges- metal plates between the paint shop and other departments. While this role does not involve painting, the ideal candidate will be responsible for operating lifting equipment such as cranes to hook, transport, and position heavy materials. Additionally, the candidate will have opportunities to cross-train in other departments to support workflow demands and gain valuable skills across the production floor.</span></p><p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><strong>MAIN JOB FUNCTIONS</strong>:&nbsp;</span></p><ul><li><p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Safely hook, lift, and transport shooting range metal plates using overhead cranes and other approved equipment.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Move materials to and from the paint shop and other designated departments.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Ensure safe handling of heavy materials to prevent damage to products and equipment.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Follow all safety protocols and company procedures during lifting and transport operations.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Cross-train in other production departments and provide support as needed to meet workflow requirements.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate daily tasks.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Lifting 50lbs -75lbs +</span></p></li></ul><p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><strong>EDUCATION</strong>:&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">High school diploma or equivalent required.</span></p><p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><strong>REQUIRED COMPETENCIES&nbsp;</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Prior experience with material handling or operating cranes is preferred but not required (training available).</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Ability to follow safety guidelines and operate equipment responsibly.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Flexibility to learn and assist in multiple departments.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Ability to lift 50 lbs - 75 lbs and stand for extended periods.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Dependable, team-oriented, and eager to learn.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Demonstrates ability to self-manage. Lifting 50 lbs - 75 lbs.</span></p>
